About

In 2008, I married into a family that comes from eight different countries, so I have first-hand experience of communicating across cultures. I’m from Prague, but since 2010 I’ve lived with my Swedish wife just outside Stockholm. In 2013 our son Samuel was born and I founded LOS Language Online Services. I used to call myself a Diaper CEO; changing diapers and making my business plans went somehow hand-in-hand. My passion for languages, combined with the personal leadership and management experience described below, enables clients to achieve better results. Being an entrepreneur, I find it easy to bond with business-savvy professionals, but I can also discuss the Arts with the more culturally-inclined. 

Work Experience

Language Coach at LOS Language Online Services, 2013-present

I’m the founder of, and CEO at, Language Online Services (LOS). This online consultancy specialises in corporate-language courses and cross-cultural training to working professionals in Europe, Southeast Asia and the Americas. We connect the dots by providing a “perfect triangle” of language skills, professional expertise and cultural experience.

My daily responsibilities include:

• the provision of training, support and feedback to LOS clients
• the development of my virtual team of 10 language consultants
• teaching English, Swedish and Czech to LOS private and corporate clients

I particularly focus on the areas of sales performance, sales acceleration, collaborative negotiations, strategic selling, key-account management, building and aligning value, leadership development and first-line management.
